LOAN ORIGINATION – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE WHOLESALE LENDING DIVISION

As a wholesale loan originator (an Account Executive) job requirements will consist of:

• Conducting outside sales calls to mortgage brokers originating applications and loan packages.
• Providing brokers with loan products and guidelines, review files and confirm proper completion for closing.
• Soliciting sales by spending a minimum of 3 days a week in the field.
• Working effectively underwriting and funding departments to ensure timely closings.
• Ideal candidates will bring a customer service mindset and strong work ethic.
• Sales experience is preferred.

We offer salary and commission based pay.  Unlimited income potential.
