Area Manager/Wholesale
In this important role, the successful candidate will provide support to the retail sales department. Responsibilities include coaching Mortgage Service Representatives, and Executive Mortgage Representatives regarding operations and policy procedures in addition to reporting all incidences of non-compliance and suspicious activity. This will involve assuring that adequate resources and training are provided sufficient to ensure compliance. Overseeing through subordinates the management of all processing, underwriting, closing and post closing activities, monitor pipeline activity in each branch and their productivity relative to staff, work with regional manager to improve performance.
Requirements:
- 3 -5 years of mortgage banking experience;
- Knowledge of the fundamental essentials of quality customer service;
- Excellent communication skills with constituencies and clients;
PC proficiency, Word and Excel.
