ALL APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS:

• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and senior management.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• 1 – 2+ years experience in loan processing and knowledge of Calyx Point.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and processing a pipeline of loan applications from origination to funding.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company’s policies and procedures.
• Review and approve pending loan conditions.
• Respond to phone inquiries from the client and brokers on pending loans in process to expedite timely closings.
• Keep informed of market trends and programs developing in the market.
